The cut-off time for processing orders is 5:00 PM eastern time zone on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping for all standard shipping orders within the United States. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or returns.
JL Scrubs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
